Shipping Policy - Tokyo Pens & Co. ships your orders via premium shipping partners like Blue Dart/ Delhivery/ Ekart etc. You will receive an email update with tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Processing and Delivery Times - All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order. Standard Shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, for destinations within India. If we experience any unfavourable environment like that of natural calamities and other unavoidable circumstances, shipments may be delayed by few days.

Tracking Your Order - Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/ whatsapp with tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
